I received an item that does not match my order, what should I do?
If you received an item that does not match your order, please check the contents of your order by logging into your account or checking your order confirmation email.
If an error is present, send an email to contact@levira.fr with a photo of your product. Our team will do what is necessary to send you the correct item.
What happens if I have to pay customs fees?
If customs or import fees apply to your order, they will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees, determined by the customs authorities of your country, are not included in the price of our products or in the delivery costs. How and when is my package shipped?
Your package is shipped by tracked letter the day after your order (excluding weekends). You will receive an email when your package is shipped, with a tracking number to allow you to follow it until it arrives in your mailbox.
